Why Sikkim Awards?

In recognition of your ongoing commitment to excellence

Awards symbolises the willingness to try something new and to get good at it. Awards represent the spirit of anyone that competes to win. The challenges one overcomes can only be mastered through heart, soul, and grit. The recipient must have deemed the challenge worthwhile, and that can only be achieved through spirit.

An award ceremony makes people feel that their work is valued. It shows approval and gratitude for each person's good job, and it makes people aware that good work will be rewarded. It shows others, such as the general public and other staff members, that you're aware of outstanding accomplishments.

And that’s what we’d like for our people to feel, valued for the efforts they’ve put forward.
